Claude by Anthropic, the Enterprise LLM Built for Accuracy

Claude is our default choice for compliance-sensitive workflows, complex document analysis, and anything where precision matters more than speed. We've put it into production for credit review, contract analysis, and other regulated data work, the kind of tasks where a hallucination isn't a minor bug.

Why Enterprise Teams Choose Claude

Anthropic trains Claude with a constitutional AI approach, aiming for a model that's helpful, harmless, and honest. In practice that shows up as fewer refusals on legitimate business tasks and behavior that stays predictable once it's in production.

With a 200K token context window, Claude can take in an entire contract, financial statement, or policy document in a single call, and reason across all of it instead of stitching together fragments.

✓ Process 150,000 words in a single prompt
✓ Strong instruction following and role adherence
✓ Structured output with high schema compliance
✓ Low hallucination rate on factual tasks
✓ Available via AWS Bedrock and Anthropic API
✓ Enterprise data privacy: inputs not used for training

Where We Deploy Claude

Contract & Document Review

Extract obligations, deadlines, and risk clauses from contracts. Claude reads the whole document, not chunks, so it keeps context across complex multi-party agreements.

Compliance Workflows

Automate review of regulatory filings, KYC documentation, and policy checks. A low hallucination rate matters here because a wrong answer doesn't just get corrected, it can trigger a compliance finding.

Credit & Risk Analysis

Summarize financial documents, extract key metrics from statements, and generate structured risk narratives that feed directly into decision workflows.

Internal Knowledge Assistants

Build assistants that answer questions against your internal documentation, policies, and procedures, with the whole knowledge base loaded into context at once.

Claude Model Lineup

We pick and configure the right Claude model for each use case, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost in production.

Claude 3.5 Sonnet

The best balance of intelligence and speed. Production workhorse for document analysis, structured extraction, and customer-facing applications requiring both accuracy and low latency.

Claude 3.5 Haiku

Fastest and most cost-efficient Claude model. Ideal for high-volume classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and use cases requiring thousands of API calls per hour.

Claude 3 Opus

The most capable model for the hardest tasks: detailed reasoning over long documents, nuanced judgment calls, and high-stakes analysis where accuracy matters more than speed.

Claude Integration FAQ

How do you access Claude for enterprise use?+
Claude is available through two channels: the Anthropic API directly, or AWS Bedrock if you're already running on AWS. For data privacy, we usually lean toward Bedrock: your data stays inside your AWS account, and none of it crosses over for training. We configure either path depending on your infrastructure.
Is Claude suitable for regulated industries?+
Yes. Anthropic offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance, and the Claude API is SOC 2 Type II certified. For financial services clients we add output validation layers and audit logging on top, to cover compliance requirements beyond what the API gives you out of the box. We still recommend a legal and compliance review before anything regulated goes live.
Can we use Claude without sending sensitive data to the cloud?+
For most enterprise cases, the Anthropic and Bedrock APIs already cover data privacy: inputs aren't used for training, and Bedrock gives you VPC-level connectivity. For organizations that can't send data outside their network at all, we look at local model alternatives or on-premise inference instead.
How does Claude compare to GPT-4o for document-heavy workloads?+
On long-document tasks (contracts, financial reports, lengthy policies), Claude holds up better across the full length of the document instead of losing the thread halfway through. Its instruction adherence also tends to be more reliable for structured extraction, which is why it's our default model for compliance and document intelligence work.
Do you use Claude with RAG or standalone?+
Both, depending on the use case. When answers need to come from a large knowledge base that changes often, RAG is more reliable and cheaper to run: Claude only sees the chunks retrieved for that query, not the whole corpus. When the task requires reading one complete document end to end, Claude standalone with its long context window works better than a RAG setup.
