GCP Architects — Cloud-Native Fintech & AI Platforms

Google Cloud is the infrastructure backbone of our work. We build cloud-native architectures on GCP for fintech clients and AI-powered platforms: serverless containers with Cloud Run, analytics warehouses with BigQuery, AI pipelines on Vertex AI, streaming with Pub/Sub, and fully managed infrastructure via Terraform.

What We Build on GCP

Our GCP engagements range from greenfield cloud-native builds to migrations from AWS or on-premise infrastructure. We specialize in architectures that combine serverless compute, managed AI services, and real-time data pipelines — the stack that modern Fintech and AI-first companies need to compete.

Everything we deploy is codified in Terraform, enabling repeatable environments, audit trails, and rollback capabilities. We don't click through the console — every resource is version-controlled and reviewed as code.

Cloud Run for containerized APIs and microservices with auto-scaling to zero
GKE (Kubernetes Engine) for complex, long-running workloads
Cloud SQL and AlloyDB for managed relational databases
Pub/Sub for event-driven, decoupled microservice communication
Secret Manager and IAM for zero-trust security posture
Cloud Armor and Load Balancing for DDoS-resistant entrypoints

Serverless API Platform

Deploy FastAPI or Node.js APIs to Cloud Run with instant scaling from zero to thousands of requests/second. No EC2 sizing decisions, no idle compute costs.

GCP AI Stack

Vertex AI for model training and serving, Gemini APIs for LLM features, and Vertex AI Search for enterprise RAG — all running within your GCP project with your data controls.

Streaming Data Pipelines

Pub/Sub → Dataflow → BigQuery pipelines for real-time analytics. We design idempotent event processing so you never double-count transactions.

Observability & FinOps

Cloud Monitoring dashboards, structured logging with Cloud Logging, budget alerts, and cost anomaly detection. You'll have full visibility on both system health and cloud spend.

Google Cloud FAQ

Why GCP over AWS or Azure for AI and data workloads?+
Google Cloud has the most integrated AI stack of any cloud — Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, BigQuery ML, and decades of Google's internal ML infrastructure exposed as managed services. For clients building LLM-powered products or real-time analytics, GCP typically yields faster time to production and lower cost per inference compared to AWS or Azure alternatives. That said, we work cloud-agnostically when clients have existing AWS or Azure commitments.
How do you manage infrastructure changes safely?+
All infrastructure is managed via Terraform. Changes go through pull requests with `terraform plan` output reviewed before any `apply`. We use remote state in GCS with state locking to prevent concurrent modifications. Destructive changes (e.g., database drops, VPC deletions) require explicit approval. We also maintain staging environments that mirror production so changes are tested before touching live infra.
We're on AWS — what does a GCP migration look like?+
We start with a discovery phase: mapping existing AWS services to GCP equivalents, identifying what can be lifted-and-shifted vs. what benefits from rearchitecting. Databases need careful migration strategies (Cloud Database Migration Service is excellent). We run parallel environments during cutover with traffic shifting, not hard cutoffs. A typical mid-size application migration takes 6–12 weeks with zero planned downtime.
How do you handle compliance requirements on GCP?+
GCP has the broadest compliance certification portfolio (SOC 1/2/3, PCI DSS, HIPAA BAA, ISO 27001, and many more). For regulated clients, we configure Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK), VPC Service Controls to prevent data exfiltration, Access Transparency logs, and organization policy constraints. We document every control for your auditor.
What does GCP cost and how do you control it?+
GCP pricing is competitive especially for data and AI workloads. We configure billing budgets with alerting thresholds, use committed use discounts for predictable workloads, and implement auto-scaling policies that scale to zero during off-hours. Our FinOps practice includes monthly cost reviews where we identify waste and right-size resources proactively.
